Greetings,

I know I have been quiet for a week but its only because I
have been having too much fun!

Spent last week in New Orleans.
Cruising Louisiana on a Goldwing was comfortable and very
exciting. Clocked my personal record of 250km/ hour!!!

Also, went jetskiing with myself at the helm for the first
time. Screamed myself hoarse, and have blisters on my
thumbs from being so heavy on that accelerator but had the
time of my life.

Flew over some gorgeous scenery getting to Las Vegas. The
Hoover Dam and the Canyon below had my face glued to the
window!

Las Vegas shocked me by the gargantuam hotels, neverending
flashing lights and opulence of the casino's. This place
makes Times Square in New York look kinda dinky.

Checked out some of the big casino's. Saw the high rollers
betting $3000 a hit at the Bellagio! They had this
incredible exhibition made completely out of flowers.
Uniquely stunning. They have their own hothouse I have
heard.

I like the fact that the city is surrounded by mountains.
A true man made oasis in the middle of nowhere...

Going hiking in the desert today.
The rocks are so very very red.

Hey,

So New Orleans has come & gone and is coming again.
Complicated story?

Suffice it to say, I had an awesome time.
Between the jazzing & the biking & the boating I was kept
very well entertained.

My cousin Jane picked me up at the slightly dubious Houston
train station.
Was surprised by the sheer size and the super mod, super
high skyscrapers.

Its so good to meet another branch of the family.
Jane & I get on great.
Seems we have been living parallel lives on opposite sides
of the planet.

Time spent relaxing by the pool, shopping, & just hanging
out!
The Museum of Fine Art here is exceptional.
It has unique exhibitions from Latin America.
The art was so original & vivid.

Today I am going to the NASA center.

Short but sweet this time.

But let me assure you all that I am having an absolutely
fabulous time.

Shabbat shalom.
